THE GREATEST GENERATION - A DIFFERENT PERSPECTIVE

The United States Armed Forces, during the Second World War, made it possible for America and most of its European/Pacific allies to live in liberty and prosperity for 64 years.  At the same time a great part of the rest of the world was gradually being consumed by Communism.   During the 20th Century approximately 100 million people were slaughtered by regimes that installed communism around the world.  The Greatest Generation of Americans left future generations a legacy that assured religious freedom, individual rights and opportunities for personal prosperity.  The debt we owe them is greater than any we will be able to pay.
